Payment-card data is collected and stored by our payment processors, not by Rokswood.

We share personal information with the originating store responsible for fulfilling your order, our payment processors (Stripe, Paystack), logistics providers, and service providers that help operate the marketplace. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion subject to those obligations.
