Terms of Service

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the marketplace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and our privacy policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.

Each procurement order is fulfilled by a single storefront within the marketplace. Pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are determined by the originating store. Some products require a quotation before purchase.

Payments are processed by our authorised payment partners (Stripe and Paystack). Rokswood does not store payment-card data. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled per the originating store's policy and applicable provider rules.

Approved agents earn commissions on attributed marketplace sales according to their assignment and active referral links. Commissions, withdrawals, and payouts are governed by the agent agreement provided during onboarding.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for activity that violates these terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the marketplace.
